Young First Nations children are more likely to by physically active than are older youth.
In 2008/2010, 62% of First Nations children aged 6 to 11 years were physically active, compared with 49% of First Nations youth aged 12 to 19 years.
In 2008/2010, 28% of First Nations youth aged 12 to 17 years were inactive compared with 18% of children aged 6 to 11.
