In 2013/14, 9% of women of child-bearing age (20 to 34 years of age) reported that they had a mood disorder.

Older women in the child-bearing age group 35 to 44 years of age were more likely to report a mood disorder – at 11% in 2013/14, than the 20 – 34 year age group.

Reported mood disorders increased slightly for both groups of women between 2007/08 to 2013/14.
