Immunization coverage and reporting varies significantly across Canada. There is little available data on immunization coverage rates in most provinces and territories – the map shows the six provinces/territories for which reported coverage rates are published (in a range of years). In addition, there is little standardization of which coverage rates are reported. Of the provinces and territories that do report coverage, very few are close to meeting national targets set by the Public Health Agency of Canada.¹
